Current Customer
We would love to help you with your financing request. The most expedient way for you to apply for a loan is to contact your banker. With the exception of asking you for some updated financial information, etc., your banker will be able to access much of the information needed from Western's existing records. Filling out an application is not necessary.

New Customer
We are thrilled that you would like to do business with Western Bank. As a new customer of Western Bank, we can assist you with your financing request if you meet with one of our bankers in person and you live in the Twin Cities nine county metro area. A face-to-face meeting is required so that we can obtain the necessary identification documentation from you and to obtain your original signatures, etc. for our files.

To expedite this process please click on the "Commercial Loan Pre-Application" link on the right hand side of this screen, print off the application and complete everything except the signature sections. You will also need to complete the "Personal Financial Statement". Please click on that link as well, complete everything but the signature sections, and print the statement off.

Please call our nearest bank location to make an appointment with a banker and bring these completed documents to the meeting. Our office locations and phone numbers are listed below.
